Position Available: Business Manager

Dobson Pipe Organ Builders is looking for a collaborative, creative, and clear-thinking individual to oversee the accounting and financial operations of our 23-person firm. We are looking for a generalist with competence and experience in accounting, HR, and business administration. A background in manufacturing is desirable but not required. This position reports directly to the president and is a part of the company’s management team.

Founded in 1974, Dobson is one of the most respected organ builders in the United States. Its custom-made instruments are found in churches, universities, and performing arts spaces across the country and in England. Upcoming work extends into 2022 and includes projects in Dubuque, Iowa; Chatham, Massachusetts; and Sydney, Australia.
